The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in handling full-cycle recruitment, specializing in placing IT professionals on bench into client projects.Key Responsibilities:Marketing and Sales of Bench Consultants: Effectively market available consultants (W2, C2C, and 1099) to clients and Tier-1 vendors.Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients to generate direct business.Candidate Profiling: Work with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and project requirements.Job Sourcing: Identify suitable opportunities from various job portals, networking sites, and other relevant channels.Negotiation: Handle rate negotiations with clients, vendors, and consultants for new assignments.Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.Consultant Support: Provide ongoing support to consultants during project assignments and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Market Trends: Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, policies, and market conditions.Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations for US staffing.Qualifications and Skills:Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting.Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of IT technologies, software development lifecycle, and industry trends.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and vendors.Networking Ability: Proven experience in developing and maintaining professional networks within the US IT market.Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for handling contracts, pay rates, and client requirements.Tools and Portals: Proficiency in working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.Time Zone Management: Ability to work US time zones and cater to client needs promptly.Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
