You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe inDuties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Now implementations and related IdM solutions. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and security engineers, to understand requirements and incorporate them into test plans. Review and validate integration points between SailPoint and other applications to ensure flawless data flow and accurate access control. Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to identify potential vulnerabilities or performance issues. Develop and maintain documentation for QA processes, test cases, test results, and bug reports. Investigate, log, and track defects, coordinating with development teams for timely resolution. Monitor and analyze testing results to provide clear insights on quality, coverage, and risk. Stay up-to-date with SailPoint updates and IdM industry trends to ensure the team employs the latest best practices. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Identity Management and access governance solutions. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, including creating workflows, provisioning, and access review testing. Solid understanding of Identity Management principles, including SSO, MFA, LDAP, and SAML. Understanding of software development and testing methodologies, including Agile and DevOps environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint certification(s) or equivalent expertise. Experience with other IAM solutions like CyberArk. Familiarity with SQL and data integration testing for identity systems. Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies. Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX) and their impact on identity management solutions.
