With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we partner with diverse industries to bring their electronic products to life.We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional for driving Domestic Sales with 6-8 years of proven success in the EMS industry. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with Customers, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the EMS landscape, a strong network within relevant industries, and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:Proactively identify and target potential new clients within the electronics industry (e.g., industrial, IoT, automotive, E-mobility).Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Generate leads through various methods, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makersand stakeholders at client organizations.Understand client business objectives, technical requirements, and manufacturing needs.Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, supply chain) to develop and present optimal solutions to clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical preferred) or a related technical field. A business degree with strong technical aptitude will also be considered.6-8 years of proven experience in sales within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is mandatory.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and business audiences.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required.
