You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe inDuties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and test frameworks for SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow implementations and related IdM solutions. Implement and maintain automated regression testing to quickly identify defects in complex IdM workflows, integrations, and access controls. Work closely with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and security engineers, to understand requirements and build automated testing strategies and build into project scope and timelines. Evaluate technical risks for new requirements and associated changes. Analyze testing processes and make recommendations to drive improvement. Review and validate integration points between SailPoint and other applications to ensure seamless data flow and proper access control, applying automated tests where applicable. Conduct performance, security, and scalability testing to identify potential vulnerabilities or performance issues, using automation where possible and to work closely with the development teams to drive issue resolution. Document, monitor, and analyze automated test results, using insights to improve test coverage, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, using automation for repetitive tasks and data-driven testing. Stay up-to-date with the latest IdM and SailPoint updates, as well as automation tools and practices to ensure optimal test automation processes. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on Identity Management, access governance, and test automation solutions. Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, including creating automated test scripts for workflows, provisioning, and access review testing. Strong understanding of test automation tools and languages. In-depth knowledge of Identity Management principles, including SSO, MFA, LDAP, and SAML. Experience in scripting for test automation and data-driven testing. Familiarity with performance testing and security testing in IdM contexts. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, particularly in relation to continuous testing practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint certification(s) or equivalent expertise. Experience with other IAM solutions like CyberArk. Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX) and their impact on identity management. Proficiency in SQL and data integration testing for identity systems. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as JMeter, Postman, or Rest Assured for API testing.
