A Manager in the ‘Program Marketing- Full time programs’ department will have below job responsibilities: Create awareness and brand recall of full-time programmes, however from time to time other responsibilities may be given.Develop marketing plan and execute effectively achieving program objectiveCo-ordinate with Program Leadership Team and other internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for generating leads and applications through various sourcesManaging end-to-end digital campaigns in co-ordination with agencyDeveloping marketing collaterals such as brochures, creatives, videos, print advt and many moreManaging and developing content for social media handles of programmeImplement outreach plan pan India promoting programme in institutes, coaching centres and corporatesEffective utilization of marketing budgetBenchmarking and Competitor Analysis - monitoring activities, recent trends, market researchQualification: Post graduate, preferably an MBA with Marketing specialization/ Digital marketingExperience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing (Experience in education sector domain preferred) Skills/Capabilities required: Knowledge of editorial practices including writing, copyediting and proofreadingStrong oral & written communication and presentation skills; good command over spoken and written EnglishAbility to articulate information to the target audience with excellent presentation skillsAbility to build detailed project plans and get buy in from multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with the event planning process and event marketingAbility to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedulesProven ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing programme that achieves results.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be an added advantage.Interested candidates can share their resumes on navin.poojari@
