This includes offering personalized consultations, providing information on program offerings, admissions requirements, application procedures, and financial aid options. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a customer-centric mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesProspective Student EngagementReach out to potential students through inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, live chat, etc.).Provide accurate, up-to-date information about the institution’s programs, application requirements, deadlines, and financial aid opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout the application process.Application SupportAssist prospective students with the online application process and ensure the timely submission of required documents.Guide applicants through the program selection, academic prerequisites, and help resolve any issues related to their application materials.Monitor and follow up on incomplete applications to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.Advising and CounselingConduct one-on-one consultations (via phone, video conference, or email) to understand students’ academic and career goals and recommend the appropriate programs.Provide advice on application deadlines, enrollment steps, and program-specific requirements.Offer guidance on financial aid, scholarships, and other funding options.Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and track prospective students’ progress.Maintain accurate records of prospective student communications and progress in the CRM system.Prepare reports for management on application trends, student queries, and other key metrics.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with prospective students to help ensure a positive and personalized experience.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Follow up with accepted students to support the transition to enrollment.Market & Program KnowledgeStay updated on program offerings, trends in higher education, and competitive offerings from other institutions.Attend training sessions and workshops to improve knowledge of admissions processes, program details, and institutional changes.Qualifications & SkillsEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree required.
