This is a pivotal role to deliver business value and optimize processes at a Global level.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Own the GBS Commercial Global Transformation Agenda, working with Global Growth & Omni functions, Zone Business Partners and GBS Capabilities team to prioritize & ExecuteDevelop a 3-Year Roadmap containing Expansion, Digital & Process Transformation initiativesLead CI framework across Commercial processes to identify opportunity areas, partner with Global GBS Capabilities and Global Tech to execute & deliver valueDrive GBS Commercial Digital Platform optimization & utilization in partnership with Global Commercial Functions & TechDevelop and maintain standardized process training materials. Tools and resources to ensure consistent knowledge-sharing across global teamsExpected Education & Job Requirement:Master's degrees required (MBA, Economics, Marketing- preferred)15+ years of experience in commercial operations, analytics, strategy & transformationExperience working in global or regional roles building COEsExpertise in process improvement and strategic planningStrong knowledge of category management / consumer insights related tools (e.g. JDA, Shelf IQ, Nielsen, IRI)Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutionsAbility to collaborate and influence diverse cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills- including engagement with senior leadershipExceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading workshopsStrong project management skills to lead multifunctional project teamsExperience in a complex multi-country- multilingual- and time zone environmentEstablishing & Maintaining Positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFunctional experience in FMCG industries is a must
