Recognized as a Great Place to Work for four consecutive years, we foster a positive work environment.Job Description:We are looking for a Lead - Sales Quality Audit to ensure governance, compliance, and process quality across pan-India sales operations, driving ethical sales practices, customer experience, and long-term distribution objectives through audits and proactive interventions.Location- Mumbai -BKC (HO)Designation- Lead - Sales Quality AuditKey Responsibilities:✅ Sales Process Audit & Governance Develop and implement a robust audit framework covering onboarding, pitch, documentation, and post-sale engagement. Conduct root-cause analysis of process deviations and drive corrective actions with sales leadership. Monitor and report trends, red flags, and high-risk behavior in the field sales force.✅ Team Management & Development Lead and coach a team of 7 regional quality auditors across multiple locations. Define team KRAs, ensure timely audit coverage, and drive continuous improvements. Conduct regular reviews and capability-building sessions for the team.✅ Stakeholder Management Act as a governance partner to zonal and regional sales heads, promoting compliance and ethical selling. Work closely with L&D, compliance, risk, and other teams to institutionalize quality measures. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in structured forums.✅ Project Management Lead key sales quality improvement projects, including sales practices, call monitoring, and lead generation initiatives. Collaborate with tech & data teams to automate audit tools and enhance reporting. Benchmark against industry best practices and drive continuous improvements.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration.ISO or Six Sigma certifications (Desired).8–12 years of experience in sales governance, Training, HR in BFSI (preferably life insurance).Experience managing multi-location teams and interfacing with senior stakeholders.
