Oracle Fusion HCM FunctionalWe are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with excellent communication & expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory.Skills & Qualifications:HCM Functional consultant should have experience in any 3 modules.Core HR / Absence Management / Payroll / Talent Management / Time & Labor / Health & Safety or HR Help Desk.Minimum 4 years of experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast FormulaPossess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudExcellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Hybrid / RemoteExperience - 4 years to 15 years of relevant experience.Preferably early joiners.
