Job Title: NetSuite Implementation SpecialistLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-timeExperience- 5+ yearsLocation- RemoteKey Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from requirement gathering togo-live• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to design and optimize NetSuitefinancial workflows• Customize and configure NetSuite modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets,etc.)• Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure smooth implementation• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors• Conduct data migration, testing, and user training to facilitate adoption• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements• Develop dashboards, reports, and automation scripts to enhance NetSuitecapabilities• Provide post-implementation support and system optimizations as neededRequired Skills & Experience:• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and administration• Strong background in finance and accounting (CPA, CFA, or similar certification isa plus)• Proven experience in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification ispreferred).
