We’re looking for a vigilant and data-savvy Fraud Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity defense strategy. In this role, you’ll identify, investigate, and mitigate digital fraud and abuse across our systems, protecting users and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. You’ll work at the intersection of fraud detection and cybersecurity, using cutting-edge tools and data to stay one step ahead of attackers.Key Responsibilities:Monitor systems and user behavior for digital fraud, including credential stuffing, account takeovers (ATO), synthetic identities, and phishing attemptsInvestigate fraud cases in coordination with incident response and SOC teamsAnalyze logs, events, and behavioral patterns using SIEM tools, anomaly detection, and data analytics platformsContribute to the development and fine-tuning of fraud detection models, rules, and automation toolsCollaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), Compliance, and Product Security teams to stay aligned on emerging threatsPrepare detailed case reports and fraud summaries for audits and complianceResearch and stay current on cybersecurity fraud trends, including bot activity, dark web threats, and social engineering techniquesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field2+ years of experience in fraud detection, cybersecurity analysis, or digital risk investigationStrong understanding of cyber threat vectors, attack techniques, and digital fraud schemesFamiliarity with tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, AWS CloudTrail, SQL, and behavioral analytics platformsExperience with KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, or regulatory environments is a plusExcellent analytical, investigative, and written communication skills
