(Experience in designing from other industries will not be considered for this position)CTC Offered: Upto 6 LPARole PurposeWe are looking for a Junior Art Director who can bring a fresh perspective, a global design sensibility, and a strong vision to our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.Key AccountabilitiesOwn ideation, conceptualization, and creation of the design to help drive discovery for the brands in a visually compelling and provocative manner.Creating and communicating concepts that intrigue and inspire clients – with smart rationale to back them up.Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design.Develop and present creative projects that support agreed-upon goals and strategies.Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with clients and internal teams.Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (print and digital).Collaborating and partnering with writers and other designers to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect sync to make the concept as powerful, vivid, and compelling as possible.Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.Deliver award-worthy work.Supervising a team of junior designers & interns.Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Work on diverse brands, with a preference for experience in automotive brands (not mandatory).Professional Skills:Experience: Min 2 years in an advertising agency, with strong exposure to digital and mainline campaigns.Education: Graduate from a reputed art school.Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging campaigns.Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Deep understanding of digital-first creatives, social media, and emerging design trends.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.Strong portfolio showcasing impactful, innovative, and well-executed work.To apply, pls apply here as well as send us your updated CV mentioning the below details to sonam.malik@ (so we are able to process your candidature faster):Email subject: Ref: LinkedIn – Art Director with Dentsu Creative, GurugramName:Current company:Designation:Total years of work experience:Years of experience specifically in creative design:Portfolio Link:Are you comfortable working from Gurugram:Annual CTC (in a fixed+variable split if so structured):Expected CTC:Notice period:Pls attach your CVWe thank you for sending us your profile & details for this role.
