As an Elite Banker-First Wealth, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our retail banking products.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling a range of retail banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments- Conduct financial needs assessments and provide appropriate recommendations to customers- Stay updated on market trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standardsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on sales and customer service- Strong knowledge of banking products and services- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in MS Office and banking software- Knowledge of local market and customer needs in Thane, Maharashtra, India is preferredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
