JOB DESCRIPTION:Office Location: CoimbatoreEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Renewable Energy / Solar PowerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Solar Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing commercial solar projects. You will work closely with business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers to promote the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial solar projects.Conduct site assessments and analyse client energy usage.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Educate potential clients on solar energy benefits, financial models (CAPEX, OPEX, PPA), and ROI.Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project execution.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote services. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred).30.+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.Knowledge of solar energy systems, government policies, and subsidies.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
