This team plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s Private Credit (North America) Front Office, contributing directly to investment research and decision-making in the Private Credit space.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the New York Front Office, conducting in-depth credit analysis on private corporate credit opportunities. You’ll evaluate issuers across the capital structure, perform fundamental credit assessments, and provide key insights that influence investment decisions.Key Responsibilities:✔ Credit Analysis & Research – Assess the credit quality of corporate bond and loan issuers, performing fundamental credit analysis and identifying risks/opportunities.✔ Financial Modeling & Investment Write-ups – Build detailed financial models and prepare high-quality investment memos to support decision-making.✔ Investment Due Diligence – Conduct thorough due diligence on potential borrowers, helping shape investment strategies with data-driven insights.✔ Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with internal senior management, traders, and prospective borrowers to effectively communicate research findings.✔ Independent Research & Sector Analysis – Stay ahead of market trends and develop expertise across multiple sectors within the private credit landscape.Who You Are:We are looking for resourceful and driven professionals with a strong foundation in credit research, financial analysis, and investment decision-making.What You Bring:✅ A Master’s in Finance, CFA, or CA with 6+ years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, or public/private credit.✅ Strong financial modeling & underwriting skills – You’re comfortable building complex models and evaluating investment risks.✅ Exceptional analytical abilities – You can assess corporate credit quality with a keen eye for detail.✅ Excellent communication skills – You can synthesize complex financial information and present it clearly to stakeholders.✅ Self-motivated & detail-oriented – You thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.Why Join?
