Joining Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/HyderabadRole: Sustainability Specialist Detailed JD/Education Experience is given below:Sustainability, Net Zero and Climate Change Advisory – Full TimeLocation – Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/HyderabadExperience- 7 to 15 YearsJob DescriptionPlan and execute core Sustainability advisory projectsDevelop point of view on advisory and solutioning for large corporates, CSRs and international foundations around SustainabilityIntegrate advisory, cloud and digital capabilities to develop holistic transformation roadmap for net zeroUndertake active pre-sales and bid managementUndertake research and analysis on climate change, energy, waste management circular economy, carbon neutrality and net zero activities for key sectors and accountsIdentify strategies to assess and mitigate economic and social impact due to climate changeBenchmark accounts vis-à-vis leading best practices in their peer groups and sectorsDevelop white papers, point of view on Sustainability trends and use casesCollaborate with internal industry and capability teams to arrive at comprehensive recommendationsEducational Qualifications, Experience and SkillsMaster’s degree in Environment/Climate/Natural Resource Management or related disciplines~2 to 9 years of advisory and industry experience with a core emphasis on Sustainability, Net Zero, Materiality AssessmentInternational experience of working/delivering consulting projects (including from offshore) for clients based in Europe/APAC/North America is mandatoryExperience in planning, executing and managing end to end consulting projectsStrategic thinking and problem solving mind-setAbility to work with senior leaders and manage international projectsWillingness to travel for short to mid term projects in India and internationally (subject to Covid situation)Strong program management disciplineEffective presentation and point of view articulation capabilityExposure to FMCG, Manufacturing and Energy industries on ESG and Sustainability advisory will be advantageous
