Built on the back of robust ML technology and fuelled by terabytes of data processed every day, Swiggy offers a fast, seamless and reliable delivery experience for millions of customers across India.From starting out as a hyperlocal food delivery service in 2014, to becoming India’s leading on-demand convenience platform today, our capabilities result not only in lightning-fast delivery for customers, but also in a productive and fulfilling experience for our employees.Role & Responsibilities:Responsible for GL and reporting functions for the Quick Commerce, Supply chain segment of the Group including the overall responsibility of a large subsidiary of the Group.Lead financial reporting under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.Lead quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits.Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.Implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including General IT Controls (GITC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).Act as the Technical expert for the various existing and potential accounting matters, and lead the stakeholders relationship with external technical consultants, statutory auditors and investors on preparation, finalisation and reporting of accounting memos across various matters respectively.Lead the preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements for stakeholder reporting.Oversee the indirect cost review and reporting, including finalization of ARDs for stakeholders.Manage revenue reporting and AR functions for the relevant segments.Monitor and ensure compliance within the outsourced ecosystem for the segments.Lead the finance ERP implementation charter for the relevant segments.Collaborate with the Finance Automation team to enhance reporting capabilities across functions.Lead the implementation of SOPs across processes and ensure adherence through regular reviews.Qualifications and Skills Required:Integrity: High moral, ethical, and personal values in decision-making, communication, and actions.Strong analytical skills: Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and drive positive change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Adaptability: Open to change and effective in ambiguous or unexpected circumstances.Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, inventory/WMS systems etc. We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
