Position Description: This position is in the company’s IP Management Services unit. The role entails summarizing the client communications on Trademarks prosecution and appropriate docketing of the same with attention to detail. Each Clairvolex client brings novel and diverse searches and filings as our work assignment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and expertise in trademark prosecution are essential to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. To be successful in this position the candidate must be a strong communicator, both written and oral. Candidate must be carrying minimum of 2 years and maximum 6 years of relevant IP experience to be eligible to apply to this post. Compensation for this position will be fairly offered as per technical and functional competencies demonstrated during the interview.Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have experience with international and Indian Trademarks Prosecution predominantly in IN, USA and EU. The role will at times be demanding and fast paced so you will need to be an efficient performer who can prioritize, multi-task, and remain poised under pressure.Job Responsibilities:Processing of e-mail requests received from the client.Use online databases (including USPTO and foreign patent office databases) to obtain information to complete the e-mail processing.Perform self-quality check basis the checklist. Report the deliverables to the quality reviewer and process lead.Quality deliverable preparation through strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Maintains the accuracy and integrity of all data entered.Assist the managers in preparing reports and statuses if required.Follow portfolio SOPs and assist Managers to update SOP time to time.Communicate with clients via emails on regular basis for clarifications and updates.Candidate currently handling quality check is a plus. Functional Skills & Knowledge Requirement:A bachelor's degree in any discipline.Knowledge of trademark processes in both US and non-US domains.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with high work standards and attention to detail.Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build confidence, trust, and respect within the team; capable of effectively working with individuals at all levels and across different jurisdictions.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.Flexibility to work overtime and travel when required.Distinct quality focus from a customer standpoint.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and alongside teams.Excellent time management skills and ability to take responsibility for deliverables.Orientation towards continuous process improvement is a good to have.Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases.Quality AssuranceImplement quality control measures to review and verify the accuracy and completeness of mail processing and docketing.Collaborate with managers and Quality Analysts to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process.Process ExcellencePartner with the assigned Quality Analyst for the account on regular basis to giver observation and improvement ideasAttend periodic meetings with clients and delivery teams -daily status updates, service level requirement reviews, continuous improvement, change control and other informal meetings to share focus points, progress and successes.Company Info & Context:Clairvolex is an IP tech-enabled services and IP product company, The company has a large customer base primarily in the US and Europe.
