You will handle all front desk activities while providing administrative support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:Reception & Guest HandlingWelcome and guide visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.Call ManagementAnswer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.Redirect calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.Handle general inquiries efficiently.Administrative SupportManage all incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and official correspondence.Maintain stock and inventory of office supplies.Support the administrative team with documentation and logistics.Meeting & Scheduling AssistanceSchedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Assist in making travel arrangements and hotel bookings for team members.Record Keeping & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and office inventory.Support Admin team with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline3 to 5 years in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or co-working environmentProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceMultitasking and organizational skills
