The incumbent will be driving strategic communication initiatives that enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement. This includes co-creating impactful stories and campaigns while closely collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align with broader business and communication goals.What will you be doing:Curating impactful stories by partnering with various lines of business to showcase compelling narrativesLeading leadership positioning and executive communication to strengthen brand voice and visibilityCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify and execute high impact, PR-led campaignsDriving integrated communication strategies with a sharp focus on content planning and managementPreparing background documents, briefing documents, and case studies on key organizational priorities and issuesCultivating strong media relationships by engaging with journalists, bloggers, thought leaders, and influencersManaging day-to-day operations with the PR agency to ensure seamless execution and alignment with goalsAbility to analyze data and insights to improve customer experience strategies.Qualification & Experience:A graduation in Mass Communication or English (Hons.) from a reputed institute, along with 4+ years of experience as a journalist or communications professional.Key Success Factors for the role: Strong flair for storytelling with the ability to craft compelling articles, write-ups, and reportsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skillsHigh energy, proactive mindset, and a dependable team player
