The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes. The role will include curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Faculty members will also manage a large pool of guest/adjunct faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directorTeach and facilitate courses, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences such as project-based learningGrade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to studentsParticipate in guest/adjunct faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior facultyCollaborate with peers to improve courses and engage in departmental activities as appropriateStay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skillsQualificationsTechnical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Data Science, Machine Learning, GenAI, NLP, Deep Learning, AI lifecycle, MLOps, AI governance, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, intelligence user interfaces, software application developmentMaster’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Data Science/allied fields from a reputed institutionMinimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the IT industryComfortable with the use of online tools and/or learning platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in an online settingRequired SkillsExpertise in at least one of the below domain areasData Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOpsLLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, MLOpsCloud computing, DevOpsSW Application Development, Cloud Native Application Development, DevOpsPreferred SkillsExperience in project management or managing teamsActive engagement with professional associations or networks in the relevant fieldPrevious experience in a programme management or faculty coordination role.Pay range and Compensation PackageCompensation aligned with UGC pay scales, with benefits and career growth opportunities comparable with the best in academia, especially for candidates bringing strong industry experience and a passion for teaching and innovation.
