Role: Project ManagerExperience: 3-4 years as Project ManagerLocation: Mumbai or BangaloreRole: OnsiteResponsibilities: Effectively collaborate with project team and client resources on services during theduration of delivery engagement. Prepare Project Plan and execute the project within Time, Cost and Resource constraint Project Planning, status tracking & Monitoring of critical issues/risks across project. Work with the bigger Salesforce practice for ensuring alignment with Salesforce bestpractices & standards. Manage 8-10 projects simultaneously Deliver the project successfully Manage Client Communications and internal communications Manage projects in Time, Resource and Cost wise effectively Communication and Stake Holder Management at Project level Coordinate with respective Client teams for project specific escalated and critical issues. Help with the Delivery operations and manage 2-3 Scrum Masters for the delivery of theproject. Assist in end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementations, enhancements,and integrations. Manage documentation and assist Project Mangement team with MIS and weekly reporting. Prepare and present project status reports and executive summaries to senior managementand stakeholders. MIS managementQualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, ora related field. Proven experience (2-4 years) managing Salesforce projects or Tech or ERP Projects,including implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Solid grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g.,JIRA, Microsoft Project). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success. Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
