We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Japanese Content Reviewer and Project Coordinator to join our eLearning team. This role involves reviewing, editing, and ensuring the quality of Japanese eLearning content and coordinating projects with Japanese clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality educational content that meets cultural, linguistic, and business standards.The ideal candidate should have strong language skills, cultural knowledge, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Content Review & Quality AssuranceReview & Edit eLearning Content: Ensure Japanese eLearning modules, assessments, and multimedia content are accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with educational goals.Localization: Adapt content for the Japanese market, ensuring cultural appropriateness, legal compliance, and clarity.Test & Validate: Perform final checks on content for consistency and usability across devices and LMS platforms.Project CoordinationClient Communication: Act as the main contact for Japanese clients, ensuring effective communication and managing timelines and deliverables.Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources for eLearning projects, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues.Requirements:Native-level fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) and strong proficiency in English.Proven experience in translation, content review, localization, or linguistics (preferably in eLearning or digital content).Strong attention to detail with a focus on linguistic and instructional quality.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of Japanese cultural norms and educational preferences.Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a plus.Stay updated on trends in eLearning, content localization, and instructional design.Why Join Us?Innostrat offers a dynamic and innovative work environment where your contributions will directly shape the future of learning.
