We have an exciting role of Sr. Designer (Presentation) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. Let us build this, together!This is an exciting role and would entail you to • Effectively communicate complicated ideas in visually compelling and effective ways. • Produce creative, comprehensive layouts and designs for marketing collateral, proposals and client deliverables. • Design with purpose—understand the content of presentations and utilize best graphic design practices. • Be a part of the Creative team producing PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, Word, and Excel templates for our global agencies. • You will be producing creative, impactful, and interactive Presentation designs. • A creative problem solver with a good understanding of conceptual design and storyboarding, managing projects from start to finish. • Excellent PowerPoint design, conceptualization, and project management skills. Work on all kind of PowerPoint/Creative jobs using MS Office tools/Adobe package. • Ability to work well under deadline pressure with high attention to detail. • Format raw presentations as per standard client templates and brand guidelines. • Design slides based on handwritten/scribbled, scanned and PDF documents, applying creativity and thought process. • Develop user-friendly presentation templates from scratch. • Independently deliver projects end-to-end, with least or no handholding by the Leads. • Maintain self-quality control checklist of work done and produce error free output. • Ability to understand Presentation design principles for Screenshow, Print, & Digital versions. • Excellent communication, effective client interaction and problem-solving skills. Should have ability to prioritise project. • Participation in team huddles, team wide initiatives, activities. Influence clients with the strong customer service. This may be the right role for you if you have • 5-7 years’ experience in Presentation and Documentation Service. • Solid graphic design skills and good attention to detail. • Determine project scope includes effective brief talking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales, define time estimates for complex projects. • Confident and enthusiastic team player, flexible can-do attitude and adaptable • Excellent customer service approach: Provide the best solutions, effective communication and build strong rapport with the team and client. • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethicsShift timings - 4:30pm-1:30am IST Location: - Chennai, Bangalore, HyderabadWork Model - Hybrid
