We are developing cutting-edge AI products and a robust API layer to make hiring a seamless and bias-free experience. Leveraging AI, we provide scalable, secure solutions that enable organisations and hiring teams to make data-driven hiring decisions to hire the best talent across roles.Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Sr. DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience in GCP, DevSecOps, and a keen interest in LLM Ops to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on GCP, with a focus on GKE. This includes deployment automation, security management, monitoring, etc. Your expertise will drive reliable, secure, and highly available backend and frontend services, supporting our mission to revolutionise recruiting with AI.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and embedding security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management:Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure and GKE clusters on GCP.Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Ansible.Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of cloud infrastructure.CI/CD Pipeline Development:Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Monitor and optimise pipeline performance, ensuring rapid and reliable code releases.Security and Compliance:Integrate security practices into the DevOps process, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and implement remediation strategies.Collaborate with development teams to enforce secure coding practices and conduct code reviews.Monitoring and Logging:Set up comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etcImplement alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address system issues.Collaboration and Mentorship:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure needs and provide solutions.Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications5+ years of full-time work experience in DevOps on GCP.Proficiency in GCP services, especially GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and VPC networking.Prior Experience Setting up CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab and GKE on GCP.Hands-on experience with deployment of Django & React Apps via GitLab CI/CD, etc.Deep understanding of DevSecOps best practices, with experience securing cloud infrastructure.Experience with Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB management and configuration.Experience with VPN configuration for secure, restricted access to production infrastructure.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Certified Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).What We OfferHealth Insurance cover for self & family.Opportunity to work with SOTA technologies and AI-first products.A collaborative, innovative team environment bringing the AI transformation to the hiring industry.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Competitive compensation & ESOPs
