The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential partners, following up with warm leads, and facilitating qualified appointments for the sales/demo team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a goal-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calls (60-80 per day) to engage with potential partners and introduce them to our offerings.Follow up & fix at least 5 to 10 appointments per day for product demos, introductory calls, or partner onboarding sessions.Maintain up-to-date records of lead interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).Prepare and share regular reports with the Reseller Program Manager on lead status and appointment outcomes.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in outreach strategy and messaging.Skills & RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).Confidence and professionalism when engaging with CXOs, decision-makers, and business stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM tools and calendar scheduling platforms like Google Calendar or Outlook.Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented, self-motivated approach.Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, collaborative environment.Perks & BenefitsBest-in-industry salaries based on regular market benchmarkingWork-from-home flexibilityEqual opportunity employerInsurance policy for self & familyCertification reimbursement programsPersonal wellness reimbursement programs
