This role requires a unique blend of yoga expertise and customer relationship management skills, making it ideal for someone who is not only a certified yoga teacher but also has a background in sales or customer retention.Key Responsibilities:Monthly Counselling: Build Relationship by Providing personalised counselling and support to assigned paid users, offering guidance and motivation to help them achieve their yoga and wellness goals.Revive Cancelled Users: Reach out to users who have cancelled their subscriptions and work to understand their reasons for leaving. Implement strategies to re-engage and bring them back to our platform.Plan Upgrades: Identify opportunities to upsell users to higher subscription plans, including Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs, based on their needs and goals.Attendance Monitoring: Regularly track and analyse user attendance in classes. Reach out to users who are not attending regularly to understand their challenges and provide solutions to keep them engaged.Motivation and Support: Proactively motivate users who may be falling out of their yoga practice, providing encouragement and resources to help them stay committed.Feedback Collection: Act as a liaison between users and our product and content teams. Collect user feedback, suggestions, and concerns to help improve our offerings.Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective retention strategies, including targeted communication, incentives, and loyalty programs.Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on yoga trends, practices, and wellness topics to provide valuable insights and advice to users.Qualifications:Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 or higher) with a deep understanding of yoga principles and practices.Certification in Nutrition, or experience working as a nutritionist is a plus.Previous experience in sales or customer retention, preferably in a B2C setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic and attentive listener.Strong problem-solving abilities.Proactive and self-motivated.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for health, wellness, and yoga.Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus.Why Join Us:Joining Shvasa Inc. means being part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of people through Yoga and Wellness.
