We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive our company’s success.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidatesDevelop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for various rolesUtilize job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidatesConduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managersBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processWork closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirementsMaintain and update recruitment databases and reportsAssist in employer branding initiatives to position NNIIT as an employer of choiceStay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMBA in HR or a relevant field is preferred and will be an ideal fitStrong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in HR software, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plusPrior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR is preferred but not mandatoryPerks & Benefits:Health Insurance coverage for employeesCompetitive performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities within the companyHands-on training and mentorshipA dynamic and fast-paced work environment
