Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financials Technology Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Workday Financials, focusing on configuration, implementation, integration, and optimization. As a Technology Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and maintenance of our Workday Financials environment, ensuring that it meets the business needs and strategic goals.This is a leadership position where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, IT, and external vendors, to deliver impactful solutions and innovations.Key Responsibilities:Workday Financials Leadership: Lead the overall design, implementation, and support of Workday Financials, including modules like Accounting, Procurement, Spend Management, and Financial Reporting.System Configuration & Optimization: Configure and enhance Workday Financials functionality, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Workday Financials with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Payroll, ERP) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices, process improvements, and innovative solutions to optimize Workday Financials usage.Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead the development of test plans, conduct testing, and ensure the proper functioning of systems post-deployment.Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues related to Workday Financials and provide ongoing support.Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, as well as create documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including implementation and configuration of Financial Management modules.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Workday Financials configuration, reporting, and integration. Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools is a plus.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and projects, manage stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to deliver successful solutions.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve complex technical issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
