LocationBhiwadi, Rajasthan Profile/Competencies:· Education – Bachelor’s or above degree in materials science, chemistry, metallurgy, ceramics or refractory related field. Master’s degree will be preferred · Experience – 15+ years of experience in refractory technology, R&D, or product developmentSkills Required:· Detailed Knowledge of Silica and Alumina Refractories - Strong expertise in unshaped refractory formulations· Knowledge and hands on experience in various refractory testing and characterization techniques· Excellent written and oral communication· Working Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams· Knowledge in refractory property - performance correlation· Experience in custom product development and application for ferrous and non-ferrous applications Job description· Oversee the creation and enhancement of products and solutions to meet client needs. Having a continuing role in customer support to address clients’ issues in the usage of organizational products and solutions.· Collect and research technical information on suppliers and competitors' products in the market, and provide strategic direction recommendations· Translate market trends, customer requirements and operational needs into refractory design requirements. Develop, test, and upgrade products and solutions; Identify and select materials and formulas suitable for product and solution design· Deliver the technology roadmap via successful new product launches and process technology development. Optimize raw material sourcing and utilization, recipes and production process.· Manage and mentor a team of QC, R&D and Solutions. Ensure and encourage the technical and career development of team members, ensure the team delivers novel product and technology ideas.
