The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales with customer engagement processes (both voice and email-based processes), with a proven track record of winning new customers / business.Job Outline:· Responsible for ensuring superior customer experience, while meticulously handling all customerenquiries through emails & outbound calls for B2C clients.· Working on the leads data generated through various marketing campaigns, counsel them, nurturethem and initiate 80-100 outbound calls daily to counsel and convert these prospects into applicants.· Counsel, guide and support the domestic and international candidates through the entireapplication process.· Provide support for admissions outreach related activities, including info sessions and trade fairs· Working knowledge with CRMs such as Salesforce would be an added advantage· Reports daily and weekly work completed and in-queue; lead conversions through a various stagesof lead nurturing funnel; lends complete visibility to the reporting manager and program leads (matrixreporting)· Adaptable to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customers and sales efforts simultaneously.Qualities for Success:Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the product or service being offered, allowing the ability to explain benefits and features to the customer clearlySales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, from lead generation to closing sales. Ability to cross-sell and up-sell products effectively based on customer needs. Earlier Sales experience in B2C / B2B calling will be an added advantageCustomer Orientation: Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs and queries within TAT’s.Communication (Written and Verbal): Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, provide updates, and collaborate with team members and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with consumers on (phone, email &chat)Flexibility: Comfortable with working long hours and during weekends, as per business needs and program deadlines.Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel. Ability to utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
