Job title- Benefits VerificationReports to- Team Leader Key responsibilitiesWill provide inbound and outbound telephony. Will handle full benefit verification with patient insurance. Will communicate relevant information to Patient Access Service Team (PAS)Will provide follow up with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) when needed to determine whether or confirm the drug has been delivered.Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)Completed a minimum of 2 years in college1 Plus years healthcare call center. Claims or Health Insurance background preferred.Exceptional English verbal and written communication skillsHandy with MS Windows and other computer applicationsCustomer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitudeAbility to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillmentStrong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environmentEmpathetic and patient focused approachHigh attention to detail, diligence and reliabilityQualifications & Desired SkillsExperience: 1-3 years and aboveEducation: Graduate/Post Graduate SkillsAt least 1-3year experience in BPOExperience in US Health Care – Benefit verification ProcessesGood Communication Skills Can Start AsapShould work in Mumbai and onsiteSelf-learner interested in both the how and the whyAbility to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
