We’re hiring a skilled and proactive Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations across multiple outlets in India. The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen setup, food costing, R&D, and team training. This role requires strong knowledge of Excel, attention to detail, and a passion for creating fresh, modern menus. You’ll be required to work from the Head Office as well as travel for on-ground implementation and audits.Key Responsibilities:Manage all kitchen operations across outlets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures SOPsOversee recipe execution in collaboration with the Corporate Chef, ensuring consistency in flavors, presentation, and portion control.Conduct audits at each location, assessing kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.Handle food costing, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking.Support recipe standardization and menu R&D.Train kitchen teams and ensure brand consistency.Use Excel for costing sheets, inventory, and reports.Travel as needed for audits, training, and openings.Requirements:4+ years of kitchen experience, preferably across multiple outlets.Proficient in Excel and food costing.Strong culinary expertise with a passion for recipe execution and menu innovation.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for team-building and fostering guest relations.Willingness to travel extensively across India, with flexibility for extended stays at various locations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Salary : 45,000 - 50,000
