They will be responsible for developing and implementing social media calendars that align with our marketing objectives, enhancing brand presence, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives.Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role within the industry, with strong communication skills.Education: Graduate in Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed university.Skills:Management and Growth:Oversee and grow the brand’s social media presence by developing engaging content and strategies tailored to increase followers and engagement.Implement specific growth tactics, such as hashtag strategies, collaborations, and Instagram ads, to maximise audience reach.Content Strategy and Creation:Schedule, and publish high-quality posts, reels, and graphics for Instagram that align with the brand’s identity.Leverage features (stories, reels, posts) to create diverse and engaging content.Community Engagement:Manage and respond to comments, messages, and other interactions on Instagram.Foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers, responding to DMs, and participating in relevant conversations.Monitor and engage with Instagram trends and conversations relevant to the brand’s target audience.Analytics and Insights:Monitor, analyze, and report on Instagram performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement, and content reach.Identify trends in Instagram user behavior and data-driven opportunities to optimize campaigns and content specifically for Instagram.Use Instagram Insights to track key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.Innovation and Trendspotting:Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms.Propose and implement creative ideas to enhance engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.Explore innovative Instagram features (like Reels, Stories, and IGTV) to keep the content fresh and relevant.Location : New DelhiTo apply, submit your CV to Preksha@
