Overview:The Talent Management & Acquisition Head is a strategic and operational role responsible for workforce planning, succession planning and development initiatives in building and nurturing Lactalis India’s talent pipeline. This role integrates Talent Acquisition and Development to attract, hire, and develop high-performing employees aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans. The role also specifically focuses on Leadership hiring and development activities.Job Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all functions and levels, especially critical roles aligned with Lactalis India’s growth priorities. Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce planning and talent forecasting to address current and future talent needs across various departments and business units.Employer Branding: Strengthen Lactalis India’s employer brand by promoting the organization as an employer of choice through various platforms, including social media, partnerships, and campus engagements.End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition to on boarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a robust talent pool for future organizational needs, including Young Seed program management for campus hiring.Talent Reports: Track, analyse, and report recruitment and training metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition & development strategies. Analyse talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms, optimizing sourcing channels for efficiency and quality.Learning & Development: Design, implement, and monitor training programs to upskill employees at all levels, including leadership development programs.Performance Management: Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to enhance the performance management process in alignment with the Group Guidelines. Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and build development plans to prepare them for future roles. Educates senior leaders on individual development best practices and facilitates the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders and managers included as successors identified through management review to develop a healthy talent pipeline for the organization at all levels.Capability Building: Collaborate with business leaders to understand skill gaps and design targeted interventions to address them.Training execution: Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.Measurement & Evaluation: Analyse the effectiveness of learning programs and recruitment efforts through metrics and feedback, continuously improving approaches to enhance business outcomes.Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives collaborating with key stakeholders to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.Employee Engagement: Carrying out the annual employee engagement survey and communicating the results, which would include analysing, facilitating the workshops, coordinating the implementation of action plan and thus determining organization effectiveness.Project Management: Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness Drive Group/Zone Organizational Development Intervention: Manage group or zone-level organizational development initiatives, aligning strategic objectives with team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.Lead the ZONES Dairy School Collaboration with Global Team: Oversee and manage the partnership between the ZONES Dairy School and the global team, ensuring seamless coordination, knowledge sharing, and alignment of educational objectives to enhance training and development initiatives.Job Requirements:Education: MBA/MA/MSW with HR SpecializationWork Experience: 10-15 yearsTechnical Skills: HR Analytics Workforce planning & Talent Strategy Talent Assessment & Selection Talent Management & Succession Planning Learning & Development expertise Organizational Development & Change ManagementIT Knowledge: • HRIS tools • Success factor • LMS • Social media tools • Applicant Tracking System
