CSS is an industry-leading expert with the highest customer satisfaction to support the organization’s business every step of the way.About the role:As an Oracle database security consultant you will be responsible for working on designing, implementation, and manage the security measures for Oracle databases, ensuring data protection and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing security policies, configuring access controls, implementing encryption, and monitoring database activity for security threats. Additionally, you will provide security guidance during Oracle project implementations and assist in selecting and integrating security solutions.Required Skills:Experience 8 to 15 years of work experience in Oracle database technologies.Develop and implement secure Oracle database architectures, including access control, encryption, and auditing mechanisms.Create and enforce security policies and procedures for Oracle databases.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Identify and address vulnerabilities in Oracle database systems and configurations.Monitor database activity for suspicious behavior and implement auditing mechanisms to track user access and changes.Experience in Oracle Database Audit Vault and DB Firewall, Database Vault, Masking Skills.Experience in Oracle Database Administration 12C,18c,19c.DB Architecture experience in Oracle 12c,18c,19c.RMAN backup and recovery solutions.RAC Implementation.Golden Gate replication.Experience in managing Oracle DB on OCI.Experience in Exadata / ExaCC.Oracle Database migrations to OCI ( DB Systems, ADW).Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud IaaS.Work experience in Unix Shell scripting, Virtualization & automationDesired Skills:OCI Certification Foundation / Architect/professional is an added advantage.Willingness to travel both domestically or out of the country.
