Job description (JD) : Technical lead, Virtual Prototyping - System-C ModelingThe Role:We are looking for an experienced technical lead to lead our system-C modeling development and validation. This role is pivotal in executing our technology strategy, methodology development and overseeing the development and verification of System-C/virtual prototyping platform models for Automotive SoC's.Key requirements:Education : BE / B. Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science with 10+ Years of relevant experienceSupervise and manage Modeling, Integration, and Testing within a SystemC, Virtual Platform based modeling framework for automotive application domainsManage communication with Multi-site, take care of trainings/hirings etc..Mandatory :Strong hands on expertise in developing virtual models in C/C++/System-C.Excellent problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of SoC architectures.Expertise in virtual proto typing tools. Example: synopsys virtualizer or similar tools from other vendors.Exhibited leadership qualities to inspire and align team members with business goals and priorities.Preferred :Previous management experience for several years with skills in managing crucial conversations and negotiationExperience in the automotive domain, including hands-on experience with tools commonly used in automotive applicationsFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira is advantageous.
