Job Title: Sr. Associate - Implementation ConsultantJob Location: BangaloreJob Type: Full TimeExperience: 3+ yearsAbout this role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ironclad Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Ironclad (CLM) platforms. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementation projects for global clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure, test, and deploy the Ironclad platform tailored to business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end Ironclad CLM implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, legal operations, and technical teams to translate business needs into Ironclad workflows and configurations.Design and implement contract templates, approval workflows, metadata capture, clause libraries, and integrations with other enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, SSO).Conduct client training sessions, create user documentation, and provide support during UAT and go-live phases.Troubleshoot issues and work with Ironclad support teams to resolve platform-related concerns.Maintain detailed implementation documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices.Continuously stay updated on Ironclad features and provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience implementing Ironclad CLM platformSolid understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal operations.Strong experience in configuring workflows, forms, user permissions, templates, and integrations in Ironclad.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.About Morae:Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
