JOB PROFILE : In this role, you will be responsible along with the vertical L&D leader for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing, and executing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on performance.JOB CONTENT : - Should have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience working as L&D professional- Relevant experience in executing and scaling leadership development programs.- Should be aware of new-age learning (digital, just-in-time/micro-learning, blended)- Good data analysis, excel skills & possess good expertise in L&D analytics (Ability to analyze, interpret and share insights)- Strong influencing skills to engage with business leaders and partners thoughtfully and successfully.- Excellent verbal and written skills- Should be willing to travel across the manufacturing plant location (Tamilnadu).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :You will be partnering with internal business stakeholders and HRBPs to drive the performance of employees through training, high potential programs, team interventions, coaching and mentoring.Continuously assessing the needs of the organization, manage the development and delivery lifecycle supporting transfer of learning and evaluation.Partner with team members to ensure the successful launch/ engagement of the various LD products.Execute learning needs analysis, design and development in line with agreed best-practice standardsFacilitate learning programs and consult with vendors to create solutions to support business requirements.Continually evolve blended learning content and maximize the use of online tools, innovating and experimenting to create digital learning that is engaging, fun and supports learner needsEvaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation; Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results.QUALIFICATIONS : MBA or equivalent in HRESSENTIAL DESIRABLE 5 - 8 Years experience in Learning & Development Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (Manufacturing environment)Good knowledge in Excel & PowerPointStrong written & verbal communication SkillsInterested candidate can share their resume to stk3@
