Job Summary:We are looking for a high-performing and strategic State Head to lead our electronics sales operations across the state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing P&L, driving revenue growth, strengthening the dealer/distributor network, and leading a high-impact sales team across multiple territories. This role requires sharp business acumen, strong team leadership, and deep market knowledge of the electronics/consumer durables industry.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the overall sales performance for the state – revenue, market share, and profitability.Develop and execute effective sales strategies in line with national objectives.Manage, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers, and on-ground sales teams.Expand the dealer/distributor network and strengthen key trade relationships.Drive primary and secondary sales with a focus on volume growth and profitability.Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance for smooth operations.Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure on-ground discipline and compliance with company policies.Ensure effective inventory management, channel hygiene, and timely collections.Plan and execute state-level promotional activities and new product launches.Prepare and present periodic business reviews and forecasts to senior leadership.Requirements:Proven track record of delivering sales targets in the electronics or consumer durables industry.Strong understanding of sales channel dynamics – retail, distribution, and modern trade.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage large and diverse teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
