If you're excited to be part of a winning team, CirrusLabs (is a great place to grow your career.Job Title: USI-CTS Collibra Developer/EngineerCompany: CirrusLabs (Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 5 - 8 yearsJob Description:Responsibilities:Work with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and use cases, ensuring they are well-defined and ready for execution.Establish and configure asset configurations and hierarchies within the Collibra platform across multiple instances, adhering to guidelines set by the Data Governance Council and implementation partners.Apply knowledge of data management standards and data governance practices, including data quality, data profiling, reference data management, and business glossary implementation.Administer the Collibra platform, including user management, metamodel configuration, license management, backup and restore procedures, and the setup of metrics and traceability groups.Set up and manage platform access, defining user roles and responsibilities, user types, and access levels.Design, implement, deploy, and configure both custom and out-of-the-box Collibra workflows to meet specific use cases and requirements.Implement custom forms associated with custom workflows to enhance user interaction and data capture.Implement data integrations with Collibra, utilizing both Collibra Catalog capabilities and Collibra Connect to ingest metadata and data from various source systems.Design and implement metadata ingestion templates to streamline the process of bringing metadata into Collibra.Lead the setup of domain structures, data dictionaries, and the operating model within Collibra.Support the automation of manual metadata migration processes to improve efficiency.Provide support and guidance to junior developers in configurations and automated metadata ingestion tasks.Develop custom scripts to migrate non-standard content, such as articles and unsupported metadata, into Collibra.Conduct training sessions for various stakeholder groups to promote Collibra adoption and understanding, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Enforce quality and consistency across cohorts during metadata migration activities.Additional Skills/Qualifications:5-8 years of experience working with the Collibra Data Governance platform.Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and best practices.Hands-on experience with Web Development technologies including XML, APIs (REST), and JSON.Sound understanding of API concepts and architecture.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:Experience with Collibra DGC, Collibra Data Catalog, and Collibra Data Quality.Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation and data manipulation.Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
