Senior Manager, Walmart Fulfillment ServicesWalmart offers Indian manufacturers, brands and other potential online sellers an opportunity to expand their business internationally as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace (Cross Border Trade), where they could reach a growing market of more than 120 million U.S. consumers each month. This is part of Walmart’s efforts to expand its sourcing from India to $10 billion a year by 2027.We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Walmart India Cross Border Trade team to build and scale the functions of Walmart Fulfillment Servies within our group. WFS is a service that allows sellers on to ship, store and sell their products on Walmart global marketplaces with ease. This role holder will create, develop and refine programs and processes to smoothen the cross-border logistics experience for sellers. We are looking for a leader with experience in managing and leading supply chain/logistics/distribution initiatives within the eCommerce space carrying a track record of delivering end objectives through external & internal partnerships in a high-growth environment.Our team is obsessed with finding new ways to help our customers live better and to make our sellers more successful on our platform. With the energy of a startup and the scale of a Fortune One company, it's the ultimate innovation playground.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport India sellers’ cross border logistics needs and drive seller shipping efficiency and cost savings. This will include supporting Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) adoption rate, improving seller outbound logistics efficiency and helping plan inventories to optimize sales.Act as a liaison between India sellers and Walmart Fulfillment Services, Marketplace Solutions and Walmart Supply Chain. Support key initiatives that allow India sellers to leverage Walmart Supply Chain and Logistics competitive advantage.Optimize logistics performance to ensure we execute our seller fulfillment operations flawlessly.Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. Create and refine business processes that improve the productivity and throughput of the sales team Identify and address key issues impacting sellers’ performance and experience with WFS for Indian Sellers on Work with the Director & Senior leadership to deliver on the vision of WM WFS & International Marketplace through partnership with the business development, account management, logistics partners & enablement teams.Basic Qualifications 7+ years of relevant retail/logistics/vendor management experienceMBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degreeAdvanced MS office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)Deep understanding of eCommerce/ Retail fundamentals and trends Understanding of first, middle & last mile fulfilment Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights, product information, and data into client value Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams Preferred QualificationsExperience in cross border e-commerce landscape/ global carriers/logistics industriesGlobal Supply chain/ Logistics/Program management certifications if anyAble to independently identify opportunities & problem solveAdvanced analytical and data interpretation
