Ability to diagnostics on large scale Access Control System & CCTV environment and troubleshooting technical issues and design related problems. 2. Ability to do technical review of physical access control system and CCTV solution.3. Knowledge of all types of access control system and CCTV technologies and basic networking, windows and strong understanding of access control system application (like EBI, Pro-watch, Onguard, Surveillance Fusion, Milestone )4. Experience of designing, installation and commissioning of different physical access control system and CCTV solutions. Ability to work under pressure both within a team environment and as an individual.5. Knowledge of RFID based solutions for asset tracking.6. Knowledge of camera technology and hands on experience of installation and configuration of multiple makes of camera (Axix,Hanwa,Honeywell)7. Proven successful delivery of high-quality, cost-effective infrastructure services in a complex, high-availability environment.8. Experience of working with vendors at an Operational Level. 9. Project management, presentation, documentation skill, Incident management, change management, configuration management, Problem Management in according to the defined Best ITIL practices (ITIL certification will be advantage).10. Managing escalation for ongoing issues and handle technical operation issues."
