Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing data and reporting systems, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Create and deliver regular and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting processes.Collaborate with sales leadership on territory planning, incentive design, and process improvement.Assist in the design and implementation of sales tools and automation strategies.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic sales initiatives.Provide training and support for sales teams on tools, systems, and best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environment.Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.Project management or process improvement certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong).
