Human Resources Reporting and Data Analytics LeadThe role, based in Mumbai, India, will involve working closely with the HR team across EMEA, APAC, and the US, to develop and enhance the capabilities within our Reporting and Analytics function.HR Data Strategy & Analytics Design, develop and manage interactive dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics models for workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.Reporting & InsightsCreate and distribute scheduled headcount reports to various client groups and key stakeholders.Prepare and analyze reports leveraging data from our HCM database.Build automation into HR reporting using Excel macros.Provide ad-hoc support to teams outside of HR for annual reporting requests.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with HR and business stakeholders to define data requirements.Partner with HR Technology to develop analytics and visualizations as part of our Data Mart strategic initiative.Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to improve data integration and reporting capabilitiesWork with HR Technology to transition and enhance reporting through our new HCM system.Data ManagementEnsure integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data across all platforms.Establish data governance principles such as data definitions and standardization of existing data, as well as suggesting process improvements to support better data.Ensure HR reporting meets compliance, regulatory, and governance standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.8+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, workforce strategy, or related roles, preferably within financial services.Strong analytical skills and an advanced user of Excel (e.g., pivot table, running formulas).Reporting knowledge and experiences including report development, report automation, and report scheduling.Development of self-service tools using technologies such as QuickSight and PowerBI.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a prerequisite.Previous experience using the Oracle HCM platform and related data is advantageous.Experience having worked in an HR Operations environment/Financial Services and within a global organization is preferred, but not essential.Proactive, problem-solver with demonstrated examples of taking ownership of initiatives and driving them forward.Ability to work independently with a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.Comfortable juggling competing priorities and managing stakeholder expectations.ABOUT US Jefferies Financial Group Inc.
