Job Title: Customer Care Executive – International BPO Shift Timings: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (based on process) Experience: 0 to 3 years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience and communication skills) + IncentivesKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls for international customers.Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products/services.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with patience and professionalism.Document call details and maintain customer records.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and call quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Good listening and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
