In this role, you'll contribute to various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, talent retention and policy development.Objectives of this RoleDevelop, implement, and interpret personnel policies and proceduresManage full-cycle recruiting and meet ongoing staffing needsCollaborate with vendors to support talent acquisition and developmentDevelop HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and reportsAdminister benefits, compensation, and performance programsRecommend new policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience and HR efficiencyEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsPlan and implement employee engagement activitiesMaintain and improve the Sureify Culture and work closely with the Culture team to drive and implement employee engagement initiativesResponsibilitiesSource candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and engage with potential hiresEngage with potential employees and manage all pre-boarding activitiesManage onboarding paperwork and schedules, and partner with other departments to provide a positive first-day experienceHandle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including HRIS data entry and auditsProvide HR support to employees on various issues, including absence, health, conduct, capability, grievances, and organizational changeManage bonus/incentive calculations, employee file updates, and benefits changesAssist with communication, interpretation, and maintenance of the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy developmentRequired Skills and QualificationsStrong sourcing and recruiting for critical roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of HR procedures and policiesEthical and culturally awarePreferred Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field5+ years of prior HR experience with a major focus on recruitmentResourceful and detail-orientedKnowledgeable about national employment laws and regulations
