If you are passionate about making international mobility and living seamless and accessible, then - Join us in building the future of student housing!Position OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Off-Page SEO Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing effective off-page SEO strategies to strengthen ’s domain authority, organic rankings, and referral traffic.This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, link building tactics, and content collaboration with third-party publishers.Key Responsibilities1. Link Building & Off-Page StrategyDesign and implement robust off-page SEO strategies focused on white-hat link building.Identify high-authority websites, blogs, and communities for backlinks, guest posts, and brand mentions.Run link-building campaigns through blogger outreach, content partnerships, resource link placements, and other tactics.Monitor and optimize backlink profiles regularly to remove toxic links2. Outreach & PartnershipsBuild and manage relationships with publishers, bloggers, educational portals, and community websites.Craft persuasive outreach emails and proposals tailored to different collaboration models (guest posts, link insertions, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas and pitches for off-page SEO campaigns.3. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on off-page SEO KPIs including referring domains, domain authority (DA/DR), anchor text diversity, and backlink health.Use SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, etc.) to measure impact and adjust strategies.Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and off-page SEO trends.Requirements4+ years of proven experience in off-page SEO, digital PR, or link building roles (preferably in a high-growth startup or agency).Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Hands-on experience with outreach tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io,etc.) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, GSC).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.Experience working with international domains or in the student housing/edtech space is a plus.
