The app allows users to post, advertise, and engage with their local community like never before, fostering a sense of unity and cooperation.NOTE: We are looking for a Specialist who has grown app downloads to millions organically — no ad spend, just pure optimization magic.What You’ll DoOwn and execute our entire ASO strategy for Google Play Store.Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize visibility and discoverability.Optimize app title, short description, long description, icon, screenshots, feature graphics, and tags.Perform regular A/B testing on creative assets to improve conversion rates.Monitor performance metrics (downloads, rankings, retention, reviews) and continuously iterate for improvement.Stay on top of the latest Play Store algorithm updates and ASO trends.Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to align efforts.What We’re Looking ForProven track record of growing apps to 10M+ organic installs through ASO.Deep understanding of Google Play Store algorithms and ranking factors.Experience with ASO tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or similar.Strong analytical skills – you make decisions based on data, not gut.Creative mindset for testing and optimizing visual assets.Excellent written and verbal communication.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.Nice to HaveExperience in ASO in Indian market and localization strategies.Background in mobile marketing or SEO.Previous work with apps in social apps is a plusWhy Work With UsWe are already a 10M+ app install and targeting for next 100M+Be the part of strong team who has built 100M+ users platform in their previous journey.Opportunity to shape and grow a product with real social impact.Work with a small, ambitious, and talented team.Your work will have direct, measurable impact to millions of users.
