We work with a portfolio of top-tier clients across industries including retail, FMCG, financial services, travel, and digital consultancy.As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive, confident, and driven individual based in India who can take ownership of recruitment delivery. This role combines cold calling, recruitment, and candidate engagement — with a strong emphasis on verbal communication and commercial confidence.About the Role:We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented individual to join our recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and looking to build a career in HR and recruitment.As a Recruitment Executive, you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping us identify, attract, and onboard top talent across various roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordinationDraft and publish job descriptions on various job portals and platformsActively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channelsConduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates' communication skills, attitude, and job fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain and update the candidate databaseSupport the team in organizing recruitment drives and employer branding activitiesProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or related fields)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh energy, enthusiasm, and a goal-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with candidatesEagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domainAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)If you’re someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is excited about building a career in recruitment, we’d love to hear from you!
